Crack repair is critical in ensuring the longevity of pavement. If water gets in to existing cracks and freezes, that can cause the asphalt to heave and will decrease the lifespan of a project.
Seal coating extends the life of pavement. When asphalt is exposed to the elements, it’s unable to bend when exposed to traffic and temperature changes, creating cracks and potholes over time.
Seal coat material provides a smooth, porous surface, allowing rain to wash away any dirt and debris, and improves the overall look of asphalt.
Ideally when average temperatures are 50 degrees and rising. We recommend seal coating every 2-3 years.
